The New Jersey Center for Teaching & Learning (NJCTL) is a non-profit, charitable organization founded by the New Jersey Education Association. Our Progressive Science Initiative (PSI) raises student science achievement in grades 6-8 through proven, effective teaching practices and comprehensive, free Open Educational Resource curricula. This NGSS standards-aligned, phenomenon-based curriculum hooks students as they learn about the Physical Environment, Living Environment and Mathematical Physics in the world around them.
